Garden Designer

Qualified in Landscape Architecture or Residential Garden Design, with strong plant knowledge and a minimum of two years’ experience in large, complex projects.  This role demands creative vision paired with practical implementation skills, including cost-effective design and delivery.

A clear and confident communicator, adept at interpreting client briefs and ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle – consistently delivering outcomes that exceed expectations.

Reporting into the Managing Director / Head of Design, this role is responsible for:

• Attending client meetings, taking full briefs and responding with ideas, advice, designs and costings.

• Working through full detailed plans and planting schemes through to sign off with the client, both independently and as Assistant to the Head of Design.

• Liaising with our Landscaping Standards Manager, Team Leaders and Coordinators on all aspects of project design, supplies, timescales and logistics.

• Remaining in close contact with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to successful conclusion.
