Reconnect with nature, yourself, and the garden you love.

Take a breath. Step outside. Let your garden slow you down.

GreenArt’s Garden Wellbeing Sessions offer a gentle, nature-based way to restore balance and clarity – right in your own garden. These personalised, seasonal sessions are guided by a qualified horticultural therapist with over 25 years experience helping people and plants thrive.

Whether you’re navigating change, feeling emotionally stretched, or simply want to rebuild your relationship with your garden, these one-to-one sessions create space to pause, reflect, and feel more rooted in the moment.

How Vitamin G Supports Wellbeing?

We call it Vitamin G for gardening because just like sunlight gives you Vitamin D, tending to your garden can lift your mood, calm your mind, and help you feel more grounded.

The health benefits of time in nature are now scientifically backed and gardens offer a uniquely intimate and accessible setting for that connection.

Nature’s natural mood booster

Contact with soil — particularly a friendly bacteria called Mycobacterium vaccae — has been shown to stimulate serotonin production in the brain, acting like a natural antidepressant. Just getting your hands dirty can help lift your mood and reduce anxiety.

Is This For Me?

Garden Wellbeing sessions are good for all of us, but if life feels noisy, heavy or unsettled, they can be exactly what the doctor ordered.

You might be feeling:

  • Digitally drained or emotionally stretched
  • Adjusting to a new chapter — a move, a loss, a life shift
  • Struggling to reconnect with a garden that feels different
  • Craving calm, clarity, or space to reflect with someone who understands

This is time to come back to yourself and let your garden guide the way.

What to Expect

Each 90-minute session takes place in your own garden, shaped around how you’re feeling and what the season offers.

You’ll begin with a relaxed conversation, then explore gentle, grounding activities from sensory planting or pruning to mindful noticing or reflection. Together, you and Sam might consider what’s thriving, what needs support, and what you want to nurture  both in the soil and in your life.

Two ways to begin:

🌿 Tailored Garden Session

A flexible, one-off session centred around your needs and your garden that day.

🌼 3-Session structured Garden Journey

A guided process over three visits. Together, you’ll explore your “growing conditions,” create a personalised wellbeing plan, and discover seasonal practices to stay grounded and connected. Includes printed wellbeing prompts to keep.
