Copper Roof: An initial verdigris coating is applied to the real copper roof to give it an instant aged effect. Further natural patination of the copper will then follow in time. It is natural for some of the initial coating to flake away, any loose material may be brushed away to allow further natural verdigris to develop.

Maintenance: The large bempton is sealed with a water-based sealant and painted in soft green. To fully maintain its appearance we recommend an annual repaint using an exterior water based varnish or paint to keep the surface sealed.

GreenArt products vary in size and weight. For smaller and lighter items, delivery is made by regular courier, however for some larger and heavier items, delivery must be made on pallets by courier.

If delivery needs to be made by pallet, the courier will contact the recipient. Please make sure that:

• You tell the courier about any delivery restrictions (gravel driveway, stairs, restricted access, etc) when they contact to arrange a delivery time.
• Someone is available to sign for and inspect the delivery for damage during this agreed time.
• If any damage is noticed after the courier leaves with a clean signature, please notify GreenArt within 24 hours

While every effort will be made to deliver within the agreed time slot, Schedules are offered in good faith but may be subject to various factors out of GreenArt’s control.
