Landscaping Standards Manager – £45,000 – £50,000 p.a.*
CITB Qualified in Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E), with plenty of experience on the tools and managing hard and soft landscaping projects. You will have demonstrated competence in using 360 excavators, dumpers and all relevant tools and machinery.
Reporting into the Managing Director, this role is responsible for:
- Collaborating with Management to develop the company’s Quality, Health & Safety standards and maintain them through effective training, motivation and guidance of our landscaping teams.
- Working with the Design team on new project plans to build in quality and H&S best practice, then share with your teams to ensure accurate planning and preparation prior to commencement.
- Overseeing the execution of landscaping projects across multiple teams, closely monitoring progress against plans and providing support and guidance to enable them to be delivered on time and to budget.
This role is for a real team motivator and developer, backed up with an understanding of all regulatory requirements, IT skills and GDPR compliance.
