The outer shell of the bird feeder is made from Clayplas+ which is a composite material of 70% clay and 30% recycled plastics. The Clayplas+ is very durable and comes with a 10 year materials guarantee along with great environmental credentials due to the recycled element. Each outer shell has dual keyhole hanging points to allow the bird feeder to be hung square on or as a diamond to suit

14/01/16 The interior cassette of the feeder is now made entirely from recycled plastic for superior bird hygiene. The recycled plastic inner is even easier to clean and can be fully rinsed with water.

This cassette is simply pulled out of the outer casing and the sliding panel of the inner may be removed for cleaning and refilling. The entrance hole is encircled by a large stainless steel hole protector. The feeder is supplied with an additional perch which clips into the stainless steel ring.

GreenArt products vary in size and weight. For smaller and lighter items, delivery is made by regular courier, however for some larger and heavier items, delivery must be made on pallets by courier.

If delivery needs to be made by pallet, the courier will contact the recipient. Please make sure that:

• You tell the courier about any delivery restrictions (gravel driveway, stairs, restricted access, etc) when they contact to arrange a delivery time.
• Someone is available to sign for and inspect the delivery for damage during this agreed time.
• If any damage is noticed after the courier leaves with a clean signature, please notify GreenArt within 24 hours

While every effort will be made to deliver within the agreed time slot, Schedules are offered in good faith but may be subject to various factors out of GreenArt’s control.
